Yes, we encourage you to bring your colleagues with you to Bronto Summit! You will have the option to “Add a Guest” during the registration process.
Yes. You are eligible for a group discount if you register four or more people from your company. You do not need a discount code; the system will adjust your total automatically.
Please note: If you booked the group reservation for your company and you have to cancel, your guests’ registrations will also be canceled. To avoid this, you must transfer your registration to one of the other guests on the registration. If your registration falls below the minimum number of registrants required for group discount eligibility, your registration pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Yes, if space is still available. Due to space limitations and the popularity of this event, we strongly recommend registering in advance.
Cancellations/Substitutions/Changes To cancel or substitute your registration, you must notify the Bronto Summit 2017 team in writing to email@example.com. Cancellation requests made prior to March 31, 2017 will result in a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. (except non-refundable Group Purchases). Cancellation requests received on or after April 1, 2017, are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE (excluding the non-refundable group registration passes). Substitution requests made prior to April 1, 2017 will be completed free of charge. No substitutions will be allowed after April 1, 2017. All no shows will be charged the full conference fee.
Hotel Cancellations must be made five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to one night room and tax. Should you cancel your hotel reservation after March 22, 2017 but prior to the five (5) day cancellation policy, the one night room and tax deposit will be refunded in full to the credit card charged. Cancellation or change of travel reservations is the sole responsibility of the attendee. If you no show on your scheduled hotel arrival date, the remainder of your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
We are once again offering certification training classes at Bronto Summit. The training is offered in a classroom setting for a fraction of the cost of our non-Summit online classes, which gives you the opportunity to interact face-to-face with our trainers and have your questions answered. Please note, training takes place on Thursday, April 27.
